KINGS HEAD IN YARMOUTH UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT

Two local publicans are looking to revive The Kings Head in Yarmouth which was suddenly shut down in September last year (2014) and the reopening day could be in just a few weeks. The previous landlady, Michelle Jackson had owned the property for more than two decades but she has now past it on to Katherine and Shaun Rayner. The two are definitely not new to these types of establishments and have run The Wheatsheaf in Yarmouth for several years.

They are planning to have The King’s Head open on the 3rd of December.

There have been several upgrades made to the pub which is owned by Enterprise Inns and these include new chairs, tables and a whole new kitchen. It is said that the new challenge has the couple very excited. The new manager of the pub is Adrian Evans who’ll be bringing his experience from working at The George Hotel. The two pubs will not be operating as one business.
